Diakon Solutions provides management services in the areas of leadership coaching, organizational change and development, talent development and assessment services to the Aviation Research Division. These services are provided at the formal and informal levels and include the evolution of process improvement measures and documentation for complex management, administrative and financial processes spanning multiple geographic locations of research and development. The support also includes customized training in public speaking, conflict resolution, and effective leadership principles and strategies.
The primary outcome of this support is organizational strategic positioning for the future and improvement of management and organizational efficiency of functional research and development teams. This includes facilitating management and staff in their understanding of and striving to demonstrate the behaviors representing the organization’s core values – agility, strategy, leadership, learning, and integrity and stewardship.
